Rojas Cigars are back in the OGT Cigar Humidor! To kick off the return of this iconic, boutique brand, we’re adding a new addition to the ever-popular Rojas Street Taco line! Introducing the Rojas Street Taco Mictlan Limited Edition! Crafted with a dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over choice Nicaraguan and Connecticut Broadleaf fillers, the new Rojas Mictlan Box Press Toro is a new cigar you can’t miss! Rich, dark, and balanced enough to honor the occasion. Rojas Street Taco Mictlan Limited pairs bold flavor with a meaningful story in one box-pressed toro!

Rojas Cigars Mictlan Limited Edition pays tribute to Dia de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. The Rojas Mictlan Cigar is a 6 x 52 box-pressed toro with a dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, and the filler blends Nicaraguan tobacco with U.S.-grown Connecticut broadleaf. The company calls the blend medium to full-bodied, and every cigar is rolled at its factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The Street Tacos series first debuted back in November 2020 and has picked up several new lines since, and Rojas Street Taco Mictlan Limited is one of its most meaningful additions yet.

The name carries real weight. Mictlan means “place of the dead” in Nahuatl and refers to the underworld in Aztec belief, where most souls journeyed after death. In its press release, the company said, “This release pays tribute to Mexico’s ancestral heritage and its traditions of honoring those who have passed.” That gives the Rojas Mictlan Cigar a depth that goes beyond the blend itself, which makes it a great pick for the season and a smoke with an actual story behind it.

If you’re looking for a boutique cigar brand to try that mixes flavor with heritage, Rojas Street Taco Mictlan Limited deserves a spot in your humidor. It’s priced at $12.50 per cigar or $250 for a box of 20, and with production capped at 1,500 boxes, it won’t be around forever. It’s at Oak Glen Tobacconist so head over to the site and grab yours before this Rojas Cigars release is gone.
