Espinosa Cigars has added to the ever-popular Laranja Cigar line! What happens when you take one of Espinosa’s most recognizable cigar lines and give it a darker, more powerful personality? Showcased first at the PCA trade show, the newest creation from Espinosa is the Espinosa Laranja Hybrid! Crafted in two sizes for optimum flavor, this is one of the more anticipated releases from Espinosa Cigars.
The Laranja line has been part of Espinosa Cigars since 2014 and has built a loyal following with its Brazilian tobacco and unmistakable orange packaging. The Laranja Hybrid takes that familiar idea in a new direction with an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and Brazilian and Nicaraguan fillers. Made at the La Zona Cigar Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, it comes in two box-pressed sizes: a 6 x 48 Short Churchill and a 6 x 52 Toro, both packaged in 10-count boxes.
In a press release, Espinosa cigars said, “Known for incorporating Brazilian tobaccos into a balanced, flavor-forward profile, the Laranja line has become one of the company’s most recognized brands, and Hybrid expands that identity with a new blend designed to evolve the series without losing what made it work in the first place.” On the light, there are deep notes of pepper spice, wood, earth, coffee, rye spice, and sweet baking spice.
Whether you’re already a fan of the Laranja family or you’re discovering it for the first time, the Espinosa Laranja Hybrid is a cigar you don’t want to miss. It’s bold, flavorful, and different enough to stand out without straying too far from what made the original line special.
