Valacari Lumineer Toro Habano 2000

Valacari Cigars has arrived at Oak Glen Tobacconist and made a big splash. From the first introductory blends of Emerald Knight and Crimson Knight to the full portfolio. All made in Nicaragua, they have that secret sauce only the country’s volcanic soil can give the tobacco’s profile. One of their most popular blends is their habano 2000 blend called the Lumineer. Launched in 2025, the Lumineer cigar is one of Valacari Cigars’ most refined blends, offering a medium-strength smoke with a medium-plus body and full flavor.

The Lumineer took four years to make, and you can tell serious time went into getting this blend where it needed to be. Valacari owner Nimmer Ahmad describes it as nuanced, flavorful, and complex, and that’s exactly what you get in the glass. The blend uses a Habano 2000 wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. It’s available in both 5 x 54 Robusto and 6 x 52 Toro. Lumieer is one of Valacari Cigars’ newest additions to the core line.

The flavor starts with a hint of pepper before citrus and roasted almonds emerge. As the cigar progresses, the profile grows creamier, with sandalwood and earthy notes adding depth. Nothing feels out of place or overpowering. The whole profile offers a ’roundedness’ that demonstrates Valacari Cigars’ incredible blending style.
