The Vince, LCA release drops Next weekend!

I am very excited to have the latest Privada Cigar Club / LCA release arrive at Oak Glen Tobacconist, even more excited it is a maduro. Typically that’s my wheelhouse. The last Maduro we received from LCA was the Paul Stulac El Nuevo Comienzo duo, and those smoked like a dream. This one seems equally intriguing.

Coming from Blackbird Cigars, the Vince receives its name from Tom Cruise’s character in the movie ‘The Color of Money.’ Privada Cigar Club’s founder, Brian Desind, says the following, “This cigar is part of a three-part series with Blackbird Cigars inspired by Martin Scorsese’s film. Over a year ago, we featured a box-pressed Robusto in Privada Cigar Club called “The Fast Eddie,” named for Paul Newman’s character in the movie. The Vince is named for Tom Cruise.  This box-pressed 6×50 stick features a San Andres wrapper, Dominican binder, and Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers.”

It’s flavor notes seem complex and intriguing: vanilla, leather, black coffee, cedar, black pepper, salted peanuts, and charcoal.

Oak Glen Tobacconist will be hosting an exclusive tasting night on Friday, April 2nd at 6pm for this special LCA cigar. The ticket price is $30 and includes the cigar and drink pairing. Spots are very limited, to make certain you text, call, email, dm- rsvp somehow to secure your spot on the tasting night! It’s going to be amazing!
