Named after the fast and powerful wahoo fish, the line features two vitolas: the 6×52 Box Pressed ONO and the 6½x52 Parejo Kingfish. ONO is the Hawaiian name for wahoo, while kingfish is another common nickname for the species. Founder Lou Cross III drew inspiration from offshore fishing trips with his father, noting that the pointed, torpedo-like shape reminded him of the fish’s sleek profile. Crafted at La Tabacaria in Estelí, Nicaragua, both cigars were produced in very limited quantities, making them one of the more sought-after releases from the brand.

The Lure Wahoo ONO and Lure Wahoo Kingfish feature a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan Estelí binder and Estelí and Jalapa fillers. The blend delivers a rich and balanced profile with notes of earth, espresso, cedar, dark chocolate, and black pepper. The San Andrés wrapper contributes a natural sweetness that rounds out the experience and keeps the cigar smooth despite its bold character.
