Cigar Of The Month Club OGT Variety Club October 2026

Welcome to the October 2026 box for the OGT Cigar of the Month Club, the OGT Variety Club. The ‘creepy’ season is here, and we have hand-selected 5 amazing cigars that are must-tries. In essence, this box captures what this Cigar of the Month is all about: trying new things, expanding your palate, and enjoying an incredible cigar every time! Each month we hunt down the ‘Cigars you need to smoke!’ We have several BANGER highlights in this month’s drop; my two personal favorites are Black Works Studio Culture Vulture and our NEW Lure Exclusive Fat Joe Oscuro!

I am very excited for this month’s lineup of amazing cigars! Featuring brands like Black Works Studio, Lure Cigars, El Mago, Ezra Zion, and our 1-year-aged Halloween Exclusive Nope Rope Sweet Venom! This lancero is nearly the very LAST we have, so OGT Variety Members, enjoy! This is also only the 2nd time we have ever been able to feature Ezra Zion in the membership, their recent Halloween highlight, Knife Fight! This is a killer box, overflowing with limiteds and incredible blends!

No. 1 – OGT X Lure Cigars Exclusive Fat Joe Oscuro Robusto Extra 5×54

PAIRING HINT – A Sweeter Port or Abalour Scotch

•Wrapper Maduro Oscuro
•Binder Nicaraguan from Estelli
•Filler Nicaraguan, including Ometepe ligero
•Undisclosed Blender from Valacari Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

“Limited Edition. This is an incredible project with Lure Cigars; this exclusive takes the Oscuro blend from the Big Joe and condenses and concentrates the flavor in a 5×54 format. This dark Oscuro is dynamic, complex, and brimming with flavor. The 5×54 will be released worldwide next year after the PCA Tradeshow; however, it is currently ONLY available here at OGT Cigars! Fantastic notes of peppercorn, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, peanut butter, creaminess, leather, and dessert-like sweetness.”

No. 2 – Black Works Studio Culture Vulture Robusto 5.25×50

PAIRING HINT – Black Tea Or Espresso Martini

•Wrapper Ecuadorian Habano Maduro Accented With Connecticut And Candela
•Binder Nicaragua
•Filler Nicaragua
•Blender James Brown from Oveja Negra factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

“Limited Edition. Okay, this cigar is currently my favorite blend from Black Works Studio. I just can’t get over it. It possesses the palate of a spicy, aggressive Habano combined with dark, dense notes of a Maduro. It honestly feels like it brings together two of my favorite things from different wrappers. Not to mention, this is a visually stunning cigar! Expect notes of pepper spice at light-up and retrohale, followed by sandalwood, cinnamon, earth, cocoa powder, rye bread, dried cherries, and light sweetness.”

No. 3 – OGT Cigars Exclusive Nope Rope Sweet Venom Lancero 7×42

•Wrapper African Cameroon
•Binder Nicaragua
•Filler Nicaragua
•Blender ‘Z’ from Empire Cigar factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

“Limited Edition. I am so excited to offer the last of our One-Year-Aged Cameroon exclusive in this month’s box. Perhaps the smoothest of the three Nope Rope blends, Sweet Venom boasts an authentic Cameroon wrapper and expresses notes of light pepper spice, baking spice, sweet corn, earth, a savoriness, and lingering sweetness. Very limited amount, but enough for our Variety Club!”

No. 4 – Ezra Zion Knife Fight: Saturday Night Fever 5.75×54 Box Pressed Toro Extra

•Wrapper 12 year Aged Colorado
•Binder Undisclosed
•Filler Undisclosed
•Undisclosed Blender from an undisclosed factory in an Undisclosed location.

“Limited Edition. This is only the second time we’ve been able to feature an Ezra Zion blend in the OGT Variety Club. Because Ezra Zion cigars are so limited, it is incredibly difficult. This special blend, in particular, highlights a very flavorful Colorado leaf aged for twelve years! The Ezra Zion Knife Fight Series is always a favorite release around Halloween, and it’s back with a vengeance. As Ezra says, this is a take-no-prisoners cigar! ‘This is a cigar for the experienced cigar smoker! Newbs: don’t even try it. This blend will body-slam you straight into next week.“

No. 5 – El Mago Mistico Cameroon 5×50 Robusto Box Press

•Wrapper African Cameroon
•Binder Ecuadorian
•Filler Nicaraguan and Dominican Republic
•Undisclosed Blender from MGE factory in an Estelli Nicaragua

“The newest addition from El Mago Cigars to join the OGt humidor is this splendid Cameroon. Blended in one size, a Robusto, this is one of El Mago Cigars’ dark horse blends! Nick Fusco calls the El Mago one of his absolute favorite cigars. This is a rich, multi-country blend. This is an excellent example of El Mago’s blending style, landing in the medium-strength, full-bodied, full-flavor range.
