Cigar Of The Month Club OGT Variety Club June 2026

Buckle up, everyone. This month’s Cigar of the Month Club, the OGT Variety Club, is a BANGER set! I have been working hard on this drop, what a way to kick off the summer! Welcome to the June 2026 box: an exploration into the depths of the palate, from the rare to the limited to the new releases! This Cigar Club is all about exploring new blends and the craft of cigar making. This special box doesn’t just highlight the cigars you NEED to smoke, but also the rare ones others don’t get to smoke!

It’s a Maduro kind of month! Each cigar in this box features a beautiful Maduro wrapper! The June 2026 feature for this OGT Cigar Of The Month Club showcases manufacturers and cigars like Black Label Trading Company, Lure Cigars, Bleak Midwinter 4, and even a NEW Maduro blend we have discovered! We got our hands on a VERY special Maduro Box Pressed Figurado that was recovered from a factory in Nicaragua.

Part of my job here at OGT Cigars is to find the magnificent blends to smoke! Whether that is found in boutique cigar companies, cigars sourced directly from factories, or even OGT Exclusives! This Maduro Box Pressed Figurado, known as Chaos Theory, is one of them! Now, I am unable to say which factory it is because the factory told me we must keep it hush-hush. I can say it is in Nicaragua and is one of the biggest blenders in the business! This is a factory I am so blessed to work with; however, it must be kept a secret. So, for all intents and purposes, we here at OGT Cigars have come to call it the ‘Shadow Factory’. The Focus is more on the experience than the origin. Ignite this intense, complex, and incredible cigar found only in the OGT Variety Club for this month’s box!

No. 1 – Black Label Trading Company Macabre LE Robusto 5×50

The newest limited from Oveja Negra Brands is the Black Label Trading Company Macabre San Andres Maduro. Sporting a beautiful San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan fillers, this cigar is a force to be reckoned with! This is a highly limited production, so don’t miss it! According to James Brown, owner and blender, he says, “Macabre is quintessential Black Label – rich, dark and elegant with a perfect balance of strength and flavor. The earthy, floral notes on the palate combine perfectly with the bold, intense spice on the retrohale to create a beautiful balance and unique smoking experience.”

Okay, so this is a very, very special cigar. I can’t confirm or deny who makes this cigar, but it’s one of Nicaragua’s most popular factories. Wrapped in a gorgeous dark Maduro wrapper, this one-of-a-kind cigar offers an experience very special. I have discovered so few of these cigars that I didn’t have enough to place them in the OGT Cigar Society, but I did for the OGT Variety Club! Congratulations, Variety members, we have an exclusive! At light up, it has a blast of pepper spice followed by dark fruits, pine, sandalwood, cardamom, and light sweetness.

No. 3 – Lure Cigars Wahoo Kingfish Torpedo 6.5×52

The newest limited edition from Lure Cigars, and let me tell you, this is probably my favorite from the whole Lure Cigars brand. Now there are two sizes of the Lure Wahoo, but this one is probably less peppery and better balanced. The Wahoo Kingfish delivers notes of dark cocoa, earth, leather, spice, and a touch of natural sweetness. The torpedo shape helps concentrate the flavors while providing a smooth, satisfying draw from start to finish. Inspired by the wahoo sportfish and founder Lou Cross III’s love of offshore fishing, this limited-edition cigar combines exceptional craftsmanship with a memorable story.

The Bleak Midwinter series will always be near and dear to my heart. We have seen some of our absolute favorites come out of this line. While each blend is undisclosed when it comes to the blender, we usually work with a new factory each year. The Bleak Midwinter 4 is perhaps my favorite rendition; it’s bold and unique, with deep notes of pepper, star anise, cocoa, toastiness, herbal hints, and light sweetness. Not to mention, this is the first year we box-pressed it!

No. 5 – Lure Brown-E-Trout Toro Box Press 6×54

It’s heavy, it’s full, it’s the Lure Brown-E-Trout. This cigar is what Lure Cigars is all about: complexity, a bit of playfulness, but oh so tasty! The 6×54 box-pressed toro delivers bold notes of well-done fudge brownie, balanced baking spices, and a creamy finish at a smooth medium strength. Medium-plus in strength, it’s full of flavor without being overpowering. This is truly a special cigar from Lure.
