The Porcelain Toro made its debut at the 2026 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans and immediately grabbed my attention. Created by James Brown and handcrafted at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Nicaragua, this release continues Black Label Trading Company’s tradition of evolving its core lineup while staying true to the brand’s identity. The Black Label Trading Company Porcelain Toro opens with a pleasant pepperiness at first light, followed by a wave of citrus, creamy tones, toasted nuttiness, pastry dough, a hint of baking spice, and light sweetness. Compared to the other Porcelain sizes, this toro comes across brighter and has a longer experience, allowing the flavors to develop in a slightly different way. As the cigar progresses, touches of sweetness emerge, while the retrohale introduces hints of citrus and additional spice. The balance throughout the smoke is outstanding, making it flavorful and complex while still remaining incredibly smooth from start to finish.
