This gem is the newest addition to the ever-popular Knuckle Sandwich cigars, and it hits exactly the way you’d expect—in bold fashion. This new regular-production release from Espinosa Cigars was first released at the PCA trade Show last year. It proves once again that the brand knows how to deliver big flavor without sacrificing balance. The Knuckle Sandwich series is the result of a powerhouse collaboration between Espinosa Cigars, master blender A.J. Fernandez, and celebrity chef Guy Fieri. With the Puro Habano, the team decided to strip things down and let Nicaragua take center stage. Handcrafted at A.J. Fernandez’s San Lotano factory in Ocotál, Nicaragua, this cigar is made entirely with Nicaraguan tobaccos, capped by a dark, oily Nicaraguan Habano-seed wrapper. First revealed at the 2025 PCA Trade Show, it quickly earned attention for combining strength, finesse, and classic Nicaraguan character in one cohesive blend.
