OGT Cigar of the Year 2025 Open Voting Just Opened Up!

It’s that time of year for the lists O’plenty to start being revealed from cigar media worldwide. OGT Cigars is no stranger to it. Here at Oak Glen Tobacconist, we compile a list to develop the top ten cigars of 2025. If you are a part of our community, you can join and add to our list! Unlike other publications, our top ten cigars are chosen 100% by the community that enjoys them. How to participate? You can comment on our Facebook page, message us on Instagram or Discord, or email us at info@oakglentobacconist.com with your top three selections. We collect all the answers and a chart showing which cigars got which votes. Everyone’s first pick, their cigar of the year, gets a certain number of points, the second pick as well, and finally the third. At the end of the year (just before New Year’s Eve), we announce which cigars got the most votes and what the OGT Cigar of the Year is!
What is the criteria?
What cigars are eligible? Anything that you got from the OGT humidor this year. Whether it’s a limited cigar, a new release, an OGT Cigar Society drop, or a core line. You must have gotten it from the Oak Glen Tobacconist humidor in 2025 to be counted on the list.
What is our Cigar Brand of the year? You can also vote on your favorite cigar brand of the year – Choosing from favorite brands like Black Label Trading Company, Stallone Cigars, Cigar Clowns, Crowned Heads Cigars, Stolen Throne Cigars, Foundation Cigars, AJ Fernandez, Chaffiot Collection, and all the rest!
I look forward to this every year. It’s exciting to see what cigars were considered above the others and which were everyone’s favorites. I know that I have a few that are my absolute favorites, but my vote is worth the same as everyone else’s; I can’t sway it one way or the other.
