Nomad Cigars are at it again! Presenting the new, dessert-like blend​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Peanut Butter Fudge Short Toro! This micro-batch release consists of only 400 cigars made, making it one of the more limited Nomad projects. This cigar embodies the concept of a rich, old-fashioned holiday peanut butter fudge, with the idea that the mouth melts and the smoke serves as the medium.

Quite indulgent, as the cigar itself is the origin of the blend story. The project was initially intended to be a full Ezra Zion one, but the team, finding the tobaccos incredibly rare, decided to change it significantly. They broke the blending rules by tapping into their private XQ stash, went beyond the limits of what a dessert-style cigar could be, and became the trailblazers. The short toro, 5×52, with a silky Connecticut wrapper aged 10 years and secret-kept filler tobaccos, made this a passion project that took years of leaves aged between 4 and 11 years to mature.

The taste journey from the very first puff is sumptuous and complex. The very first part of the cigar brings to mind honey-roasted peanuts, dark chocolate, vanilla bean, caramel, and espresso, all made slightly creamy. The flavors of the middle segment of the cigar are brown sugar, chocolate chips, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, molasses, and a dash of bourbon warmth. The last part of the cigar gets the smoker to heaven – marshmallow, Tootsie Roll, honey, graham cracker, butter, and the lovely burnt sweetness from a whiskey barrel. It is full-bodied, medium to full in strength, and extremely rich but never heavy.
