One of Black Label Trading Company’s most requested Limited Editions finally returns for a third appearance! Deliverance Nocturne is finally back. Black Label has not brought back the beloved blend since 2020. The brand has finally decided to revive one of its most demanded blends. Nocturne is a dark, powerful, and loud kind of cigar. It is returning in 2025 in four sizes so that smokers can have both the classic figurados and, for the first time, parejo formats.
Nocturne was a concept of James Brown and his production team at Fabrica Oveja Negra. It has always been the most prominent among the BLTC lineup and thus, the most recognized. The blend was known to be harder, heavier, and moodier, and from the very beginning, it became a cult classic. According to Brown, he says, “Nocturne is definitely a fan favorite. It’s one of the cigars we get asked about the most. For this release we wanted to change things up and include some vitolas that have never been released. Traditionally Nocturne has always come in a trio of figurado sizes. This year we are doing the first Parejo iterations, Robusto & Toro. But for the purists we are also releasing a limited number of Short Salomon’s & Perfectos.”

Deliverance Nocturne is a cigar full of character with a very rich and dense tobacco. The broadleaf wrapper is the main source of the deep flavors of earth, cocoa, charred wood, and espresso. The Nicaraguan fillers give it layers of pepper, roasted nuts, and a very delicate natural sweetness that develops as the cigar progresses. The profile is full-bodied without feeling harsh—intense, but smooth and controlled. All sizes interpret the blend differently, however, they all have the dark and intricate side of Nocturne that the supporters of the brand recognize.
The 2025 Deliverance Nocturne cigar release is extremely limited, with a very small amount of boxes produced per vitola. They are already coming to the selected BLTC retailers and can be bought in limited quantities through Oak Glen Tobacconist.
