HDA Cigars, in my opinion, is one of the best veteran-owned Cigar companies in the market. This is a company that started it off right and has continued to progress in the right direction. HDA Veiled Mutiny Maduro by HDA Cigars is perhaps my favorite from their line. The Vieled Mutiny cigar is bold, refined, and incredibly complex. It has a dark and oily Ecuadorian Habano Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The composition is a blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos, from the famous regions of Jalapa and Ometepe, that have been fused to provide a consequential smoking experience that is not only multilayered and complex but also very intense.

“Veiled Mutiny” is aptly named, not being one of the loudest or most boisterous, but it features a subtle and striking strength. The first thing the HDA Cigars team wanted to convey with this unique blend was its strength in the balance of character it possesses, thus demonstrating that the power of cigars doesn’t have to be overwhelming. The shrouding of the dark wrapper will remove the visual cues to its strength, allowing the smoke to reveal the waves of character and depth, which become stronger and more precise as one later experiences them. It is a cigar that doesn’t merely separate itself from the others but rather is against the ordinary ones.

The amazing HDA Veiled Mutiny Maduro is a cigar that draws in admirers right from the get-go. You can still get a long taste of the cigar even when you have finished smoking.
