2021 marks the 9th release of the Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole and the third release of the Filthy Hooligan Shamrock. Both cigars feature a flavorful, bright green Candela wrapper leaf, celebrating the onset of Spring. The additional wrappers on the cigars create unique flavor experiences enjoyed by enthusiasts worldwide.
