Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B-Positive Maduro Toro LE (6×52)

This might be the most exciting Crowned Heads release for the year! The much anticipated Maduro version of their Blood Medicine line is here! TheBlood Medicine B-Positive LE 2025 brings a bold new twist, rolling out in a 6 x 52 toro that takes the brand into darker, richer territory.

This limited-edition cigar trades its familiar Ecuadorian Habano wrapper for a Nicaraguan Corojo leaf, adding depth and intensity to the blend. Underneath, it keeps the proven recipe of an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder and Nicaraguan fillers. Crowned Heads co-founder Jon Huber explained that several wrappers were tested—including Broadleaf and San Andrés—before corojo was chosen for the way it elevated the profile with new layers of richness and balance.

The result is a hearty, medium-to-full cigar with notes of pepper, cocoa, earth, and leather, rounded out by a natural sweetness. The toro vitola allows these flavors to open slowly, creating an experience that evolves from first light to the final draw. It’s everything fans love about Blood Medicine, but with more muscle and character.

Only 2,400 boxes of 12 are being made. Rolled at D’Hatuey Tabacos S.A. in Nicaragua, this project continues the Blood Medicine story, which began as an event-only cigar in 2015 and has grown into one of Crowned Heads’ most anticipated limited releases. With the B-Positive, Crowned Heads offers a cigar that not only celebrates that history but also pushes it to a new level of flavor and intensity.
