Exclusive OGT Habano Lancero 7×40

Here at Oak Glen Tobacconist, we have done several exclusive projects with a host of different manufacturers. Every so often, we have the opportunity to do one that is a bit more ‘outside the box’. Our recent Chaffiot X OGT collab, Mr. Pennstripe, using a Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper, is an example of that. Recently we released our Craft Series: Heart of Habano, spotlighting Ecuadorian and Nicaraguan Habano cigars. Included in the sampler is an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 ligero single leaf fume. This gives you the opportunity to smoke the leaf by itself and learn the nature of the tobacco. Experience the texture, flavor, and character of this extraordinary Habano hybrid.

Along with the fuma is a premiere selection of cigars, many very limited, from some of our favorite manufacturers. Within the sampler is a project we have been working on and not yet released. Introducing the OGT Exclusive 7×40 Habano Lancero. This is a cigar we will be releasing later this year, but you have the opportunity to smoke it now! This Lancero is a medium strength, medium to full body, full flavor cigar. Rich notes of white pepper, toasty bread, woodiness, nutts, baking spice, and pie crust sweetness really comes through. The thing I like about Lanceros is the richer wrapper to filler ratio, and in a sampler that highlights the Habano wrapper, I feel like this works beautifully.

The OGT Lancero uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. This Habano is offered only in our Craft Series Heart of Habano Sampler pack. It will be released later this year, but this is an incredible way to further your palate with a full lineup of Habano gems, including the exclusive OGT Lancero. I am very excited to offer our first Lancero project we have done!
