Cigar Clowns Rodeo Clown Toro Is Headed To The OGT Cigar Society

The Cigar Clowns are back with one of their most epic releases yet! It’s no secret that here at Oak Glen Tobacconist, we are big fans of the limited drops the Clowns can produce. They have a portfolio of favorites from the King of Clowns, Geppetto, or even the Chaffiot Collaboration Goldie Grace. We also love the cigars produced by Stallone Cigars in Nicaragua. What do you get when you cross the blender Tony Barrios with the Cigar Clowns? The Cigar Clowns Rodeo Clown Toro! Several years back, OGT Cigar Society was given the opportunity to test a Clown Sumatra cigar from Nicaragua. After a long journey, this new release is the final stage, and I think the Clowns have knocked it out of the park! And the best part? Everyone in the OGT Cigar Society will be sent a five pack this weekned!

According to Joe and Ray from the Cigar Clowns, they stated the following, “This is the final version of the clown labs Sumatra cigar that the OGT Cigar Society was able to get their hands on previously. They were part of the process of the Cigar Clowns Rodeo Clown. The Blend is a Ecuadorian Sumatra, with
a double binder of Brazilian and Nicaragua, and Nicaraguan filler.” Joe also said he was happy they got to work with master blender Tony Barrios of Stallone Cigars and his factory in Nicaragua. “The name comes from the fact we wanted to pay homage to Tony’s love of Horses and we found it fitting to call it “The Rodeo Clown.”

This excellent 6×54 Toro produces a chimney of smoke coupled with intense flavor. Specific notes that stuck out to me is that signature spice from Sumatra and Nicaragua playing nicely with each other. I taste a fair amount of earth, coffee, sandalwood, toasted nuts, and hints of sweetness. This cigar is very rich and full in flavor and body, and somewhere in that medium to medium full in strength. The aging of this cigar really makes the tobacco marry together nicely.

The Cigar Clowns Rodeo Clown is set to release in mid July. However, the Clowns were able to put a miracle together, and OGT Cigar Society members will get a five-pack early!
