Warped Moon Garden Limited returns after a 5 year absence. Originally released in a Lancero, the Moon Garden has been a favorite from Warped Cigars. Owner and blender Kyle Gellis has brought back his high-end, limited production in a meatier, fuller vitola. While the blend is similar to the original, the size is considerably larger. Released in one vitola, this year’s Moon Garden cigar is a 5 5/8×52 short Toro. The cigar is blended at Aganorsa’s factory in Esteli and wrapped in the signature Corojo 99 wrapper. Kyle’s love for the ‘Cuban style’ tobacco continues to be demonstrated through his cigars, but this one sets itself apart from the rest.
According to Kyle Gellis he has changed a few things to amp up the blend. “I added more medio tiempo to the blend to add an abundance of depth and weight on the palate and utilized higher-priming fillers. We are very excited to announce the newest Limited Edition release, Moon Garden Especial. 5 years ago we released the popular Lancero vitola and now we are back with the Toro. Utilizing 100% Nicaraguan tobacco and rolled in Esteli, Nicaragua.”
Available for pre order now, the Warped Moon Garden is released in twenty count boxes and labeled with a beautiful cuban style design. The whole cigar’s production has been limited to only 1000 boxes. Kyle has done an amazing job at curating a balanced portfolio and sprinkling limited runs like this through the year. This medio itempo Corojo 99 wrapped gem is one of the higher profile blends.
