The last of the limited run. Last year, at PCA 2022, Foundation Cigars announced a special project with the family of Highclere Castle, using a 7th priming of Habano leaf. The cigar was to commemorate the 100th anniversary of discovering King Tutankhamun’s tomb. Foundation Cigars releases the Highclere Senetjer Figurado. The Senetjer boasts a 7th priming Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over, just like the other Highcleres, a Brazilian Mata Fina binder. The Filler on this stunning cigar is undisclosed. Rolled only in one size, a 6.75×52 Figuarado, the Senetjer is shipped in twelve-count boxes.
According to Nick Melillo, owner, and blender of Foundation Cigars, he says, “I have been in love with the culture and history of Egypt since I was a little boy. It is a great honor to work on this project with Lord Carnarvon and Adam von Gootkin. This product is truly something unique and special.”
Originally, the intention was to make this cigar available once a year; however, due to tobacco scarcity and production, I was informed that this cigar is a one-and-done. This is perhaps the most limited cigar by Melillo, causing much buzz and anticipation. Due to its limited nature, it is nearly impossible to purchase by the box. However, here at OGT, we have opened the vault and released the last of them in a few portfolio sampler packs of Foundation Cigars. The lineup includes favorites like Oomec Claro, Wise Man Maduro, Tabernacle Broadleaf, and many others. This is a perfect sampler for those who want to collect or explore the brand. And as a bonus, you receive a discount on the most expensive, limited Foundation cigar to date. Unfortunately, once these packs run out, Senetjer does as well.
