Cigar Clowns the Not Ron LCA Cigar

Note: The LCA Not Ron cigar drops Thursday, Sept. 1st at 9pm CA time/12am est

Last year, for the June 2021 LCA Cigar drop, a special cigar in a light pink band appeared. This was before OGT had any Cigar Clowns stick come through the humidor. The Ron made its debut and was met with overwhelming success. Many say that it was what put the Cigar Clowns on the map! What was so unique? Privada and the Clowns informed me it was a special blend AJ Fernandez had set aside and gifted them for their release. The Ron offered a medium strength, full flavor experience that boasted seven transitions in flavor, rounding out a full complexity of flavor. Fast forward until now, and LCA and the Cigar Clowns announced the ‘Not Ron.’ This latest LCA release is the same blend as the original. However, there are a few differences. Privada Cigar Club released this statement:

“Last June, Cigar Clowns “The Ron” was released at LCA shops to the delight of cigar smokers
everywhere. Renowned for its rich profile, complex flavors, and frequent transitions, “The Ron”
became an immediate favorite of the full-bodied, seasoned smoker. The cigar now returns with
the exact same blend as before, but this cigar is “Not Ron” because it is a 6×52 instead of the
original 6×50, creating an ever so slightly different experience than before. The Nicaraguan puro
was rolled at Tabacalera Annex in Estelí, Nicargua, AJ Fernandez’s new factory with which
Privada is affiliated.”

After speaking with Joe and Ray, they informed me they noticed more sweetness on the Not Ron and less strength at the front. We are super excited to offer the LCA Not Ron, which drops next week! Look for it Thursday 9pm CA Time/12am est. This one might move a little quickly so I wouldn’t sleep on this release.
