Craft 2022 Cigars by Roma Craft

Each year Roma Craft Tobac releases a limited edition box known as Craft. The artistry varies each year as well as the blends, but typically Roma uses something Maduro and something Habano. These cigars showcase what the company can do when the creative side some out, hence the ‘Craft’ in the name. The special lineup of Craft 2022 uses three different types of tobaccos and is all one size, a robusto 5×50. Although the tobacco is undisclosed, it is speculated the use Nicaraguan tobacco is prevalent, and the familiar shade of Candela and Maduro appear to be two of the three. Skip Martin, half-owner of Roma had the following to quote on the Craft series:

“Since 2013, CRAFT has been a project we use to tell a story about what is happening in our factory and our company. This year, we are focused on the 5 x 50 format and some new tobaccos we have been using from Jamastran and Condega. The various designs in the box are fun, but this is a very serious piece of work.”

This latest release marks the sixth installment in the Craft series. Much anticipation surrounds the release, and it is my pleasure to offer them all to you.
